We had made the decision to downsize from our home in Ahwatukee to an area in the north end of the valley. We didn’t have a specific time frame and did some looking on our own but knew we didn’t want to move in the heat of a Phoenix summer!

One of the homeowners we talked to recommended Ben Little as he worked in the north valley, so we contacted him. We worked with Ben from June through October 2005. He was great to work with and helped us find the right house in the north valley and also ending up selling our Ahwatukee house.

He was able to put us at ease as it had been 17 years since we had moved. Since we had a few negative experiences with realtors in prior house moves, we weren’t looking forward to another experience that left us feeling that realtors are not always knowledgeable and are just out to get a commission at the expense of buyer or seller.

Ben had the experience and personality that worked well for us. He displayed a high level of integrity, had excellent communication skills, and was very thorough in covering all the details necessary in real estate transactions. We didn’t plan on Ben selling our house, but after working with him in finding a house that met our needs, decided to have him sell our house rather then try to sell it ourselves or use an Ahwatukee realtor that is more familiar with the area.

He did an excellent job in the listing and promotion of the house and we sold it within 2 weeks.
